Longhorn Caverns
This month has been cold and rainy--the weather hasn't lent itself to many motorcycle trips. After a few days of rain, Taner and I decided to take advantage of a sunny day and headed to Longhorn Caverns just outside of Austin.
The caverns were like nothing we had ever experienced before. We learned that they had a crazy history--they once housed an outlaw, homed a fancy speakeasy for a few years, and were even used as a potential hideaway for past presidents. We had an amazing time.
If you're in the Austin area, this state park is a must-see (this was one of our favorite day trips).
